Picture-Perfect Tips from the Photographer

Have your clients:
Move all vehicles from the front view of the property.
Tidy up floor space and counter space.
Empty trash cans.
Make beds.
Clean mirros.

The property will be photographed in the condition in which it stands upon arrival.
It is strongly suggested that the property owners are coached to make their home picture-perfect.
Consulting a Professional Home-Stager may be considered by the owners.
I will offer a brief phone-consult if needed.

Property photos are best taken during daylight hours as I use natural light for most photographs.

I began photographing real estate when I worked as a certified REPA (Real Estate Professional Assistant). I captured my
agent's listings and created virtual tours for potential buyers. I am no longer working as an assistant; however, I enjoyed the
opportunity to create a professional image of seller's homes for the public to see. Hire me as your photographer and you

I'll photograph indoor and outdoor areas of the property. All main rooms will be photographed. I'll capture a few
panorama-style images as well. All images include basic enhancement and are presented to the Listing Agent on a
High-Resolution Disc. Payment is due when I give you the disc. See prices listed below.
